Ads access invitation MPA review

What this task is​

The platform creates this task to review a pending Google Ads access invitation that may require multi-party approval. The operator's job is to check the invitation and either get it approved by a second admin or reject it.

When it appears: a pending access invitation needs a multi-party approval review.

Step 1. Open the task​

  1. Go to the Operators' Tasks page.
  2. Find the task in the table and click Execute Task at the end of its row.
  3. A modal opens with the task details and the invitation context. Keep it open — you'll need these values.

Step 2. Review the invitation in Google Ads​

  1. Open Admin → Access and security and check Multi-party approval requests.
  2. If the invitation is legitimate, have a second admin approve it.
  3. If it isn't, reject or cancel the request.

Step 3. Verify and close​

Do not close the task early. Close it only after the invitation is approved or rejected.

  1. Confirm the invitation reached its final approved or rejected state.
  2. Return to the task modal and resolve it with a successful outcome.
  3. If the review can't be completed, resolve the task with a failed outcome and a short reason instead.
