Ads access grants sync manual

What this task is​

The platform creates this task to reconcile access grants manually after automatic account creation or an access sync failure. The operator's job is to verify the expected user and access exist in Google Ads and fix any gaps.

When it appears: access grants need a manual check after account creation or a sync failure.

Step 1. Open the task​

  1. Go to the Operators' Tasks page.
  2. Find the task in the table and click Execute Task at the end of its row.
  3. A modal opens with the task details and the expected access context. Keep it open — you'll need these values.

Step 2. Check access in Google Ads​

  1. Open Admin → Access and security.
  2. On Users or in the Pending invitations list, confirm the expected primary user or invitation exists with the correct access level.
  3. Fix any missing or incorrect access.

Step 3. Verify and close​

Do not close the task early. Close it only after the access matches the expected state.

  1. Confirm the correct user and access level are in place.
  2. Return to the task modal and resolve it with a successful outcome.
  3. If access cannot be reconciled, resolve the task with a failed outcome and a short reason instead.
