Binding an Operator's Task to a Team
Step 1. Navigate to the Operators' Tasks Registry
Go to the Operators' Tasks page via the system path, where the table displaying all current system tasks is located.
Step 2. Initiate the Binding Process
Locate the specific task you want to delegate. In the action elements at the end of that task's row, click the Bind to Team button. Upon clicking, a modal window containing a configuration form will appear on the screen.
Step 3. Select the Target Team
Within the opened modal window, use the provided dropdown list (select menu) in the form to choose the specific team you wish to assign this task to.
Step 4. Confirm and Restrict Access Rights
Confirm and submit the form. Once the changes are saved, the selected team will be successfully bound to the task. From this moment on, execution access to this task becomes restricted, meaning only the designated team will be able to complete it.
