Adding Empty MCCs to the Registration Pool

MCC Pool Concept: The pool aggregates manager accounts designed for automated allocation. The system's backend algorithm automatically attaches these empty MCCs to newly generated entities on the client side, provided their currency and timezone match perfectly.

Step 1. Selecting the Initialization Method

The goal of this stage is to access the appropriate management interface and launch the registration form for a manager account within the shared allocation pool. This can be accomplished via two independent methods:

  • Method A (Creation via the Pool Page):

    1. Navigate to the MCC Registration Pool page.
    2. The page displays a hierarchical table (a log of root MCCs and their underlying pool items).
    3. Click the Create button located in the upper-right corner above the table to open a blank configuration form.

  • Method B (Quick Addition from Actual Structure):

    1. Navigate to the Actual Structure page.
    2. Locate the targeted empty MCC or sub-MCC within the structured table of all root MCCs, sub-MCCs, and accounts.
    3. At the end of the corresponding row, click the Add to MCC Pool button. This opens the modal window with all technical parameters pre-populated automatically based on live Google Ads metadata.

Step 2. Configuring MCC Parameters in the Pool

The goal of this stage is to document the key regional, financial, and system identifiers of the account, which the platform's algorithm utilizes to execute automated pairing.

Within the opened modal window, fill out or verify the following form fields:

  • Name (mandatory field) — the internal label of the manager account within the platform.
  • Root MCC (mandatory field) — a dropdown select menu to assign the primary parent MCC to which this account belongs.
  • Account ID (mandatory field) — the 10-digit Google Customer ID format.
  • Country (optional field) — the geographical region tied to the account setup.
  • Timezone (mandatory field) — the operational time zone of the account (critical for correct auto-matching triggers).
  • Currency (mandatory field) — the core currency configuration of the account (critical for correct auto-matching triggers).
  • Status (optional field) — the current system state of the item within the pool. Two options are available: Active (eligible for auto-allocation) or Disabled (temporarily bypassed by the system).

Step 3. Saving Changes and Allocation Verification

The goal of this stage is to commit the configuration entries to the database and ensure that the account occupies the correct structural position, ready for automatic assignment.

  1. Double-check the accuracy of the entered timezone and currency values to prevent automatic mapping failures on the client side.
  2. Click the form submission button to confirm.
  3. Upon successful saving, the modal window will close, and the new MCC will immediately appear in the hierarchical log table on the MCC Registration Pool page, positioned strictly beneath its designated root MCC.
